At Aqua Edge Filtration, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, this policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not exclude your rights under the law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect selection by the customer

Incompatibility with existing systems

Ordering the wrong product or quantity
Please review all product specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

Is not of acceptable quality

Is not fit for its intended purpose

Does not match its description
These rights cannot be excluded and apply regardless of our no-return policy.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide:

A description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage
If the issue is confirmed:

For a major failure, you may choose a replacement or refund as required under ACL.

For a minor failure, we may offer a repair or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty under ACL:

Used water filters

Installed filtration components

Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear
Incorrect Installation or Use
Aqua Edge Filtration is not responsible for:

Damage caused by incorrect installation

Use outside of product specifications

Failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions
Such issues are not considered manufacturing faults under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
